U.S. Men’s Senior (Over-40) National Soccer Team Launches Fundraising Campaign for 2026 Senior World Cup
Augusta, GA — October 2, 2025 — The U.S. Men’s Senior National Over-40 Soccer Team (USMSNT O-40) has officially launched its fundraising campaign to support the team’s journey to the 2026 Senior World Cup in Bangkok, Thailand. With a fundraising goal of $75,000, the campaign will help cover travel, training, lodging, and competition expenses for the squad as they prepare to represent the United States on the international stage.
About the Team
The USMSNT O-40 represents American men aged 40 and above in international “senior” (masters) competitions. The team provides an opportunity for veteran players to continue competing at a high level while proudly wearing the U.S. crest. Beyond competition, the program is dedicated to fostering camaraderie, maintaining a lifelong love of the game, and inspiring younger generations through the continued excellence of former professionals and top amateur players.
The team has a proud tradition of competing in global tournaments, including the Senior World Cup and invitational events such as the King’s Cup. The 2026 edition of the Senior World Cup, scheduled for June 1–6, 2026, will bring together elite Over-40 national sides from across the world, with matches hosted at premier venues in Thailand.
Why Fundraising Matters
Participation in the Senior World Cup involves significant costs, including:
International travel & airfare
Lodging, meals, and local transportation
Training facilities and medical support
Tournament registration, uniforms, and equipment
The $75,000 target will allow the team to prepare and compete without placing undue financial strain on players, all of whom are self-funded athletes and staff.
Call to Action
Supporters, fans, and partners are invited to join the campaign and help the U.S. Senior Men’s National Team proudly represent the country in Thailand.
Donations can be made via the official GoFundMe campaign:
Every contribution—large or small—directly supports the team’s mission of competing with pride on the world stage.
