Cassie Johansen has been an integral part of our practice for over 16 years, bringing warmth, dedication, and expertise to both patients and colleagues alike. She began her journey with Dr. Armitage in December 2008, when she helped establish and grow the Monkey Junction office. Following its successful run, Cassie transitioned to the main Wrightsville Avenue office, where she continues to serve as a trusted and valued member of the Pelican family. Throughout her career, Cassie has become known not only for her professional expertise but also for her genuine care and personal connection with patients. Her consistency, loyalty, and deep understanding of our practice make her a cornerstone of our team.
