Head Coach -Ali Andrzejewski

A native of Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland, Coach Andrzejewski rose from LTSC to compete at the highest levels of the game, representing the United States and playing professionally for the Washington Freedom and Colorado Force. A member of the Maryland Soccer Hall of Fame and Maryland Athletic Hall of Fame, she brings over 20 years of coaching experience in the Baltimore area. She operates Champions Soccer Training, works with multiple local clubs, and leads international outreach initiatives, including More Than Futbol. She also serves on the board of the Baltimore chapter of Soccer Without Borders.

Coach Andrzejewski holds a Doctorate in Psychology, specializing in Sports Psychology, along with a Master of Arts in Theology — providing the program with a rare blend of elite performance insight and holistic leadership.

As Head Coach, she will:

• Lead national player identification and evaluation

• Establish the team’s playing philosophy and competitive standards

• Prepare the squad for international competition

• Integrate high-performance psychology into team culture

• Support the structural expansion of the Women’s Senior pathway
