Maurice coached in the NWPSL in the 1990s helping to lay the foundation for generations of women's professional players to come. He coached several notable players like Carin Jennings-Gabarra, who were integral in the building of women's soccer. Additionally, Maurice served as an ODP Regional Coach and won two Indoor Soccer National Championships in 2001 and 2002. Maurice has been a program builder from the start helping to create and build several notable club programs like Baltimore FC and Baltimore Bays.
