#20 - Edgar Rivera

Edgar Rivera, 42, born in Wheeling, IL, and raised in Chicago, joins the team with an incredible soccer resume since the age of 3. Playing competitively for the well-respected clubs Chicago Pegasus and Schwaben AC, Edgar went on to play collegiately at Western Michigan University, where he earned All-Conference and All-Tournament accolades. Edgar played professionally after college for Club Leon in Liga MX Primera A Division and the Chicago Storm MISL. Edgar continues to compete at a high level, currently playing in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) and Chicago Premier Soccer League (PSL). Known in the soccer community as “The Soccer Architect,” Edgar continues to inspire young players by mentoring, coaching, and fostering their development on and off the field throughout the Chicagoland area.
