He currently serves as a staff member, player, and treasurer for the U.S. Men’s Senior National Soccer Team, where he plays a vital role both on and off the field. As treasurer, Chris oversees the team’s financial operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility and supporting the organization’s long-term success. On the field, he contributes as a player, exemplifying teamwork and competitive excellence.

My Story

Christopher “Precio” Price is an Ecuadorian-American soccer leader whose career bridges international competition, military service, and long-term commitment to the sport. He grew up in Ecuador, where he developed his game and competed at the elite youth level with Ecuador’s CD Nacional U18 team, before moving to the United States at age 19 to join the U.S. Air Force. In 2001, he was drafted to play for the U.S. Air Force Men’s Soccer Team, though his athletic path was redirected following September 11 when he deployed in support of wartime operations.

Throughout more than 26 years of honorable service in the U.S. Air Force, Chris continued to compete on varsity soccer teams at every base where he was assigned. Following his military retirement, he played for the U.S. Men’s Senior National Soccer Team and now serves the organization primarily in a leadership capacity as a staff member and treasurer, focusing on operational support, financial stewardship, and long-term sustainability.

Chris is also one of the founders of 850 FC in the Florida Panhandle, helping build a club centered on competitive excellence, community engagement, and player development. In addition, he is a lifelong supporter and a Board Member of Ecuadorian professional club CD Cumbre Alta, maintaining strong ties to the Ecuadorian soccer community and its continued growth at the professional level.

Blending international playing roots, military leadership, and club development experience, Precio brings a unique global perspective and enduring passion to the game.
