My Story
With 18 years of Active Duty Army service, I have served as a medical planner in Iraq and Afghanistan with the 25th Infantry Division. I am a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Physical Therapist with over a decade of experience in outpatient sports injury rehabilitation, specializing in manual therapy, pain modulation techniques, and therapeutic exercise interventions. Currently, I serve as the Chief of Sports Medicine at Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. My experience extends beyond military service to include secondary sports medicine coverage for youth wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and CrossFit events. A dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor, I also enjoy surfing and hiking. Above all, I take the greatest pride in my 20-year marriage to my wife, Janine, and being a father to our incredible son, Gabriel, 14.
