Joe Dills

Joe’s goalkeeping journey began at just four years old, where his natural passion for the game quickly evolved into high-level performance. As a youth player, he competed for some of the top clubs in Ohio—including Team Cincinnati, Cincinnati Classics, Kings Hammer, and Cincinnati United Premier—earning recognition as a standout talent. His leadership and ability between the posts secured him a starting Varsity Goalkeeper role throughout his high school career.

After high school, Joe continued to thrive in competitive environments. In 2011, he was selected to the All-Air Force Soccer Team, where he played a pivotal role in helping the squad capture the gold medal that year. He later showcased his agility and shot-stopping reflexes at the professional level with multiple seasons at Cincy Futsal, a leading U.S. futsal club.

Beyond the pitch, Joe is a dynamic entrepreneur and leader. He is the founder of a successful roofing company and serves as the head of a national sales consulting firm, where he develops and mentors sales teams across the country. His ability to balance elite athletic competition with business success reflects his discipline, drive, and leadership qualities both on and off the field.
